Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 1998 silver bodycon dress and embellished sheer black bolero. The dress features a subtle stencilled baroque pattern worked into the metallic fabric, with a fitted silhouette, and corset-style bust.
 
Identical examples seen on Elizabeth Hurley, Charlize Theron, and Victoria Beckham, this remains one of Dolce & Gabbana’s most iconic evening looks of the decade.
 
The bolero’s brand label has been removed, however, a copy of the original receipt showing the purchase at the same time as the dress will be included. Both items originally purchased from the Strasbourg based luxury retailer Marlène Pour.
 
Condition
Good condition. Some light scuffs on the dress material, only noticeable upon close inspection. Small scuff on lower hem (pictured), not noticeable unless looking very closely, the dress could easily be hemmed by 2” to conceal this if wished.
