Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped within 5 working days.
The shipping price will be calculated at checkout and is determined by the weight and value of the item, as well as the shipping destination.
Rebe Archive is not responsible for items once they have been shipped.
Items will be sent with a fully tracked and signed for service, so that the buyer can keep updated with the shipping progress.
Rebe Archive is not responsible for any delays occurred during shipment.
Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to additional import fees set by the destination country, which is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Rebe Archive will declare the item's full sale value on all customs form documentation and will not declare any item as a lower value 'gift' in order for the buyer to avoid custom fees.
In the event the item is returned to Rebe Archive due to the buyer's failure to pay any raised custom's or additional fees, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of arranging re shipment and the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Sales are final, returns are not accepted.
Unless stated as new, the items sold at Rebe Archive are pre loved, vintage pieces, and may show slight imperfections.
All items condition will be accurately described in the product description, along with measurements and clear photographs of any flaws.
If you find upon arrival of your purchase that the item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days to request a return. Return requests made after 7 days of receipt of the purchase will not be accepted. Any damages to an item caused by the product being worn or mis handled by the buyer will not be accepted for a return.
Any additional custom fees paid by buyer's outside of the UK cannot be refunded by Rebe Archive. In the event a return is accepted for an order made outside of the UK, the buyer will have to contact their local customs office to reimburse any custom charges.
