Black velvet with embroidered roses, exceptional beadwork and craftsmanship throughout. Floaty silk chiffon flared sleeves, intricately detailed with bow motif embellishment. Layers of pink silk pleats finished with a three dimensional rose design on the side. The hem is constructed with layered polka dot tulle.
